A Client-First Philosophy
People who know Remington describe him as friendly, approachable, and direct.
He listens first, analyzes the facts with care, and then crafts a plan that fits both the legal posture and the client’s priorities—whether the situation is complex and fast-moving or straightforward and time-sensitive.
His guiding philosophy is simple: it’s not enough to be good; you should be good for something—and that “something” is serving people through the law.
With each new matter, Remington treats the case as an opportunity to solve a problem and reduce stress for the client.
He explains options in plain English, sets clear expectations, and keeps clients informed at every step so they always know what’s happening and why.
The goal is a worry-free experience and a result that aligns with what matters most to the client.
Why He Chose the Law
Growing up, friends and family would joke that Remington was destined to be an attorney.
He enjoyed debate, saw both sides of an issue, and loved pressure-testing the details until the right path emerged. Over time, those skills became more than a personality trait—they became a purpose.
Remington chose the law because it allows him to apply careful thinking, problem-solving, and advocacy in a way that meaningfully helps people.
Everyone starts somewhere, and Remington’s start was in the trenches—working as an investigator while interning for his now business partner, Beau Seaton.
Interviewing, fact-finding, and stress-testing narratives in real-time now inform how he builds cases, prepares witnesses, and anticipates the other side’s moves. That hands-on experience—paired with formal legal training—shapes the way he practices today.

What Sets Remington Apart

- Business and policy fluency. With degrees in management and political science, Remington connects legal strategy to real-world goals and constraints.
- Proven leadership. From student-led organizations to guiding clients through tough decisions, he’s comfortable taking the point and driving results.
- Approachable advocacy. He pairs fierce preparation with a steady, human touch—clients feel heard, respected, and supported.
Community Roots & Life Outside the Office
A Berkeley County native, Remington spends much of the year outdoors—grilling with friends and family or on the water in the summer, then catching football games, community events, and the occasional hunting trip in the fall and winter. Away from the bustle, you’ll often find him at home, mapping out the next strategic step for his clients.

Education & Leadership
- Charleston Southern University (CSU) — Double major in Business Administration (Management emphasis) and Political Science.
- Outside the classroom, Remington leaned into leadership and service, including ENACTUS (a student entrepreneurship organization focused on using innovation and business principles to improve the world) and the South Carolina Student Legislature, where he sharpened his understanding of parliamentary procedure and state government.
- Charleston School of Law (CSOL) — Elected president of three student organizations (co-founding one of them), coordinated campus events, served as a Senator for his graduating class, and was inducted into Phi Delta Phi, one of the nation’s oldest legal honor societies.
These roles weren’t just titles—they were reps. They taught Remington how to organize complex efforts, build consensus, and lead under pressure, all of which show up in the way he guides clients through difficult decisions.
